AI adoption
Find where AI fits.
Build it into how you work.
Most owners know AI matters but not where it fits their business. We look at how the work actually moves, point out where AI genuinely helps and where it does not, then build it into the tools you already use.
THREE WAYS WE HELP
Advice, adoption
or a build.
Start wherever is useful. Many businesses only need the first answer: where AI would help, and where it would not.
In the free review and the scoping after it, we point out where AI and automation would genuinely help, where they would not, and why.
Choosing, setting up and writing the rules for AI tools you already pay for or should buy, with the people who will use them.
AI inside the CRM, ERP, inbox, documents or custom software you already run, connected to your real data, with a person reviewing what matters.
KINDS OF WORK
Where AI usually helps.
These are the kinds of work AI handles well when it is connected to your systems with checks. They are examples of the type, not client results.
Book a free Business Systems ReviewRead and enter
Emailed orders, quote requests or PDFs read and filled into your existing system, with anything unclear sent to a person.
Draft for approval
Replies, quotes, follow-ups or job notes drafted from what is already in your records, for a person to check and send.
Sort and route
Incoming requests from email, web forms or phone notes summarized and sent to the right person.
Answer from your documents
Staff questions answered from your own procedures, price sheets and past work.
Pull it together
The same numbers from several systems gathered into one view instead of copy and paste.
Where a plain rule or a feature in your existing software does the job better, we use that instead.
Is our data safe?
It stays in your accounts and under your rules. We choose tools and settings that do not train on your data where that matters, give each part only the access it needs, and write down what goes where. If something should not leave your systems, we design around it or tell you AI is not the right fit for that step.
What does it cost?
The review and scoping are free. After that you get one written proposal with a price for the specific work, based on what it takes to build, connect, test and support it. There is no fixed AI package. Sometimes the answer is a setting in software you already own, and we will say so.
Will it replace our staff?
That is not what we build for. The usual aim is taking repetitive work off people, like re-typing, chasing and sorting, so they spend their time on the work that needs them, with a person approving anything that matters.
Will it work with our CRM or other software?
Usually we build around the software you already use rather than replace it. During scoping we check what your system can connect to, such as its API, exports, email and plan level, before quoting. If a connection is not possible, we tell you and explain the options.
We already use ChatGPT or Copilot. Why talk to you?
Good, that helps. Those tools help one person at a time. The gap is usually connecting AI to your actual data and steps so it does a piece of the work reliably, with checks. We can also help you get more from the tools you already pay for.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. A person reviews anything that matters, unclear cases go to a person instead of being guessed, and there is a record of what it did. We test it on your real examples before you rely on it.
Do we have to use AI?
No. Plenty of useful work is plain software or automation. We use AI only where it fits and earns its cost.
LET’S LOOK AT THE REAL WORK
What is your team
working around?
Bring the messy process, something new you want built, or the question of where AI fits. We will work through whether there is a sensible way to improve it.
